YOUR DATA

Privacy policy.

We explain what data is involved when you use this website, why it is needed and what rights you have.

Version dated 28 September 2026.

Your privacy at a glance

We use the information you provide when contacting us to reply and discuss working together. This website has no advertising pixels or newsletter. OVHcloud provides hosting and our business email service.

1. Who is responsible for your data?

The controller of personal data relating to the operation of dowozimy.com.pl is Laboratorium Zysków spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office at ul. Ferdynanda Magellana 12/5, 51-505 Wrocław, Poland. NIP (tax identification number): 8952307951, KRS (company register number): 0001262155, REGON: 545532947.

For privacy matters, you can write to the postal address above, marking your letter “Ochrona danych osobowych” (Personal data protection). Privacy contact email: kontakt@dowozimy.com.pl.

2. What data is involved when you use the website?

Browsing the website. Your browser sends the server information needed to display content, including your IP address, the address of the requested page and browser information. OVHcloud hosting records technical connection and error logs. These support website maintenance and the detection of misuse.

Contact form. The form sends your name, email address, optional website address, subject and message to WordPress so that we can handle your enquiry. Messages are sent through OVHcloud email to the kontakt@dowozimy.com.pl mailbox hosted by OVHcloud. The form plugin does not store a copy of the submission in the WordPress database. Your browser may independently suggest autofill based on your settings.

Calculator and package selection. Calculations and highlighted cards work in your browser. We do not store the amounts you enter or your selections in a database. A contact link may include the name of your selected package or audit to set the subject of your enquiry.

Correspondence. If you write to our email or postal address, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, contact details, company name and the content of your enquiry. Providing this information is voluntary, but we may be unable to reply without a way to contact you.

3. Why do we process data, and on what legal basis?

  • Replying to enquiries and contacting a company representative: our legitimate interest in conducting correspondence and handling enquiries — Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
  • Preparing an offer at your request, where you would be a party to the contract: steps taken before entering into a contract — Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
  • Keeping the website running, identifying errors and preventing misuse: our legitimate interest in the security and proper operation of the website — Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
  • Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims where necessary: our legitimate interest in protecting the controller’s rights — Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

This website currently offers no newsletter subscription or automated marketing emails. Contacting us does not constitute consent to receive such messages.

4. How long do we keep data?

Amounts entered in the calculator are not saved. We keep correspondence for the time needed to handle the matter and any agreed follow-up discussions. If it documents a claim or dispute, we retain the relevant part until the applicable limitation period expires or the proceedings end.

Diagnostic data helps investigate errors and security incidents. Hosting logs are retained according to OVHcloud’s retention cycle. We do not create a separate archive of these logs. Data extracted to investigate a specific incident is kept until that investigation is complete or, where necessary for legal claims, until the applicable limitation period expires. Entering into a contract may require additional information about the retention of records relating to our work together.

5. Who may have access to data?

The controller and authorised people handling a matter may have access. Where necessary, data may be shared with professional advisers to protect legal rights, or with competent authorities where required by law.

We use OVHcloud for technical services (hosting and business email). Earlier correspondence received before the mailbox was changed may remain in Google’s Gmail service for the period described in section 4. Contact Form 7 and WP Mail SMTP run on our WordPress server. The form is not connected to an external customer management system.

Keeping earlier correspondence in Gmail may involve processing data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Google describes the safeguards it uses, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses, in its data transfer policies. You can also find information about how this service processes data in Google’s privacy policy. You can ask us for further information about data recipients and safeguards.

6. Cookies and external tools

The public part of this website does not currently use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel or other tracking tools. There are no embedded videos, maps or third-party chat services. Fonts and illustrations are supplied with the theme. The hosting service also provides OVHcloud Web Statistics: server-side reports based on anonymised and aggregated traffic data, without advertising cookies.

The theme does not save selections in cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage. Form protection uses an invisible control field and a submission limit. To enforce this limit, WordPress keeps a counter and a keyed hash of the IP address for up to 15 minutes, without storing the IP address itself in that counter. Expired entries are removed by WordPress’s scheduled task mechanism. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in preventing misuse (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). WordPress may use technical cookies when someone logs in to the administration panel. These support authentication and the logged-in user’s settings; they do not track visitors browsing our services.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking technical cookies may prevent you from logging in to the administration panel. Before adding tools that require consent, we will introduce appropriate preference settings and update this description.

7. What are your rights?

Within the limits set by the GDPR, you may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, or restriction of processing. The right to data portability applies where the GDPR’s conditions are met, in particular where processing is automated and based on a contract or consent.

You may object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on our legitimate interest. If processing is based on consent in the future, you may withdraw that consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

You can send your request to the controller’s email or postal address given in section 1. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office: uodo.gov.pl.

The website does not make automated decisions about you that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect you, including decisions based on profiling. The calculator displays indicative costs rather than making an individual decision about a customer.
